QUOTE(MCNETT @ Aug 17 2007, 12:05 PM)

This weekend we will be launching a DoubleTap 10mm loading featuring the Barnes 155 X bullet @ 1475fps!

Two questions:
First, when do we get some gelatin results?
Second, I see they have a 140gr version available (new this year) -- thinking of trying that one as well?

....now I've just got to figure out how I'm going to afford a box of these - would have loved to have tacked these on to my last order (no extra shipping, and the $50/box would have been easier to swallow [ok, hide from myself] at the time)...

As always, Mike continues to amaze! worthy.gif

Yes, if these loads sell well, we have a great load developed with the 140gr XPB bullet as well.

Mcnett,

The Barnes is a relatively new bullet to me....I've shot bunches of the CorBon DPX in 45acp and 10mm though. Will the 155gr XPB DT load be more of a fast/deep round or a fast/shallow round on the terminal end of things?

The CorBon DPX uses Barnes XPB bullet. Ours is the same bullet, just going faster. It will definitely be a deep penetrator. We will get gel results out this week.
