The spring will be fine if it functions with any other factory ammo which it should. But as always, make sure they feed/function fine especially from the mags. This can be a pricey experiment but worth it in the long run if you feel the need for this type of ammo.
I would make sure you know where the POA/POI is with these exotic rounds. At normal (whatever that is for you) CCW ranges there may be
some variation. But that is often true for many brands and especially hand loads. At handshake ranges it won't matter.
Perhaps the best non-exotic type ammo is the 135 grain Nosler. In calibrated ballistic gel it is described as "frag nasty". It penetrates only 11 inches. Ouch.
