10's in a light box

Just finished my $3 light box and thought I would post a pic of my "current production" 10mm's and their loads... smile.gif

Very nice, sir! When talk of the new Delta started (about a year ago at SHOT show) I kept thinking hmmmm.... I hope they look as good as the original Deltas. I'd have to say that your Delta is ONE GREAT LOOKIN' GUN! Also, that DW is a beauty, too.... I love my DW's. smile.gif

Thanks for the comments guys!

The DW is built like a bank vault. Incredible value. The features are very tasteful and parts selection was well thought out. The DE is an old school high quality no-frills 1911 that was also about $200 less.

What the DW does have that I would have liked on the DE is front strap checkering, night sights, and dovetail front sight. Nice due to the DW's size is the lowered ejection port and bobtail. The rest of its features I don't find important since they don't seem to impact function or accuracy (extended anything, etc). Not at least in my hands or within 50'.

The 5" definitely handles full power loads a lot better. That 3/4" of weight and length makes a big difference.

I am VERY pleased with both.
