Check out some of the threads under the "conversions, etc." forum here on 10mm Forums. The OP's talking about the 10mm conversion barrel. There are problems with reliable extraction. I feel that there has been some deception involved in some of those pushing the conversion, regarding the reliability of the conversion.
There have been several posts by guys in different forums regarding the problems they encountered with that conversion. Best to either buy a complete G20 upper or just a G20, if you want to shoot 10mm through that platform.
I developed the 45-10MM barrel with Kevin of KKM for my custom 6" longslside. I've shot some 6,000 rds of 10mm out of my pistol with
0, yep zero extraction problems. However, the same can't be said for the std Glock slide. It seems to be hit or miss with individual slides.
BTW, the conversion (whether in the custom longslide or the stock Glock slide) is simply a 45-10MM barrel and mags. There is no benefit in changing out the 45 extractor to a 10mm extractor, but there is a slight benefit to changing out the older, flat sided 45 extractor to the current 45 LCI version as the newer LCI version also has about an 8° cant in the extractor claw as you can clearly see in this side by side.

And yes, this mod is a range toy / hunting version,
not a self defense weapon.
