Any lower parts kit (LPK) should work in that lower. I don't know anything about the Bushmaster two stage trigger. Building an upper is possible but finding all the parts may take a while. You should check with Addax Tactical, Bravo Company and JTAC.

Also, a local dealer may be able to order a Charles Daly D-M4 or D-M4S through a Daly distributor. Here's a Daly distributor list: distributor list link.

i would suggest buying a complete upper for your first one. otherwise there are some tools you need to pick up. it is justifiable to buy them if you plan on building more than one.

right now it's going to be difficult to find anything, like TS said. if you do find it, you will likely pay a premium price. sad.gif

i have only shot one 2-stage trigger and i did not like it very much. it's all squishy, and then gets tight, and then fires. i'd rather have a light, crisp single stage myself, but that is only me.

i don't mind the triggers that come with the DPMS parts kits. i've got several of them and while they are not "match" grade triggers, they are fine by me for what little bit of shooting i do. thumb.gif

I love my Rock River 2 stage trigger.

Check out Addax's web page, with the forum discount you get a great trigger at a really good price.

Ya also might want to check out Addax's uppers, ya can soon get a standard upper they built, or a sabre defense & sabre defense makes superb weapons and uppers thumb.gif thumb.gif

It's the same thing.

Rock River 2 stage are great triggers. I've had one for probably 4 months now with no issues, not a bench mark to reliability I know, a friend has had his for probably 3 years or so now and no problems out of it. Neither of us are very nice to our ar's either.

They use to ship that trigger in all of their Ar's at one time, dunno if they still do or not but there are lots of Rock River Ar's out there including them being used by the DEA.

I would suggest buying an upper unless you plan on working on them or building more. Otherwise the investment in tools isn't really worth it. About $150 or so if you don't have anything to start with at all.

You may want to contact Charles Daly on Monday. I'm not certain if they are selling any uppers straight from headquaters or not. Here's a link with all their info on it. Tell them I sent you.
