At least she is not afraid to hold one now, you are working in the right direction with getting her use to them.
yep.... took me a while to warm her up to it... I was cleaning out my safe and decided to have her take some pics of me holding some of my guns... and she was helping me w/ the photo contest (although we couldn't find the right backdrop) and I had her take pics of her stuffed animals, but with a catch-- they had to be holding guns! LMAO... so we cleared them, verified they were empty, and she took a couple pics... then I got her to pose with one... (she said her dad is going to kill me...)
then she wouldn't pose anymore, so last night she was begging me to use my computer again... so I let her for a bit, then she came back later wanting to use it some more... (they don't have easy access to the internet at home) so I said you can use my computer if you pose with another gun...

Then later we were all talking, and I said we should all go shooting sometime... and she flat out refused, but then said she'd come watch... I said OK! (if she'll watch, she'll end up wanting to shoot when she sees us having all the fun)
On a side note, she loves Obama and thinks McCain is bad, but couldn't tell me anything about either of them... only that her teachers cannot talk politics, but then later tells me how her teachers said how great Obama is and how he wants to cut taxes, etc. hmmm... brainwashing has already begun... I told her what Obama wants to do, and that poor people will vote for him since there are many of them. I asked her if she made $5 one day after school by mowing someone's lawn, and her sister sat at home and did nothing, is it fair that she gets half of what you made... she said no... I told her Obama wants to tax the rich at 95%... she says that's my opinion of Obama, and its not a fact... (brainwashed at such a young age)
She also doesn't believe the birth certificate/citizenship issue though-- I showed her the Supreme Court case...
