Have lowwer, need upper

I bought a new RRA lower last night and need some advice on where to get a decent upper. I want a 16" A2 complete upper.

Thanks but I am just looking for a standard 16" upper with a carrying handle. It's a nostalgia thing.

Those are nice prices.
I am new, and have a PWA A1. I would like to buy one of the A4 (maybe LEC, not sure what LEC is yet) uppers. http://www.armalite.com/ItemForm.aspx?item...0e-63fe2c75d131
It states "...without the bolt carrier group and charging handle assembly."
Will my current parts fit this upper, and will the upper fit my lower?
