Hey all, any suggestions on good quality gun belts, or are all the "gun belts" good?
I am carrying my P220C at about the 4 oclock position and with my crappy every-day belt I am getting sore in the small of the back and on my side a little.

Money is tight right now, Danged holidays.... suggestions??

I have one of the Wilderness belts mentioned above and like it. I also have one of their frequent flier belts that does a good job. They are made in the USA.

If you want leather Rafter S makes a good product.

2nd the wilderness. I wear a 5 stitch frequent flier and it feels like my slabsides is at home on the dresser. Not bad for $40.

I have the wilderness but rarely wear it as I work in a business casual environment. I need a leather belt.

I have looked at the beltman before G, I have heard good things about them. I'll check out Rafter S Vrom. thumb.gif

thanks.

5.11 makes a 1.5" leather belt with a polymer stiffener. The price is right, give them a try.

I wear the beltman belts every single day. The belts I have now I bought 4 years ago and they are still excellent. I wear them at work with my suits and with my jeans and shorts. I am a big fan of the belts. Really excellent quality and they look great in all settings.

A friend at work bought one and the black is already starting to peel off. I wouldn't buy one from them, if you want a leather belt that will stand up I would look at one of the American belt makers that makes belts for concealed carry.

That said, Wilderness is the best belt I have ever owned. Their frequent flyer belt would look just fine with dockers or other casual wear. I would buy one if I needed one for that purpose. The 5 stitch is very stiff when compared to many other belts. That is what I have. I can't imagine how stiff it would be with the polymer insert.

Another vote for Beltman. I have a 1.5" Double Layer Bullhide w/stiffeners for my CCW, and a 1.75" Double Layer Bullhide w/stiffeners for my Desert Eagle. Awesome belts, and they have a excellent finish so they can be worn with just about any outfit/attire, even dressier attire. Very nice belts, great craftsmanship, well worth the money.
