Viet Nam-era SEAL weapons:





Based on a Smith & Wesson Model 39, the Navy’s version was called
the Mk 22. The silencer was the Mk 3. When you fit the Mk 3 on the
Mk 22, you get a Mk 23 Mod 0. Shown with it is a very rare
Mk 26 Accessory Kit containing 24 rounds of subsonic 9mm and a
spare suppressor insert.

Navy’s Combat Casualty Care Office in DC.

They administer to the most severely wounded Sailors.

It is a hand written note on the door of a SEAL who took a round from a AK-47 to his face and arm.
