Cleaning Piston Upper

Looking forward to getting the Addax GPU...how do you clean the piston assembly? I understand from various sources cleaning is not required as often as regular gas tube...what are cleaning intervals?
As always...any assistance greatly appreciated tf.gif !

Look here. A .38 or 410 gauge mop/brush and your gun cleaning solution should work. I used synthetic Gun Scrubber to clean to test gun last nite and it worked well.
