hey not sure if this is where this goes but i work for the Transportation Security Administration(TSA). ive worked in the orlando airport(MCO) for soon to be 6 years (july 21). i started the first day that TSA was at MCO. im still just a screener but i like where im at. i train new people and have made role model of excellence the last two years(only started haveing it two years ago), which means i know my stuff. i enjoy it for the most part but sometimes i want to strangle the passengers, but only sometimes. we just caught a pipe bomb the other day. really cool to know that "it" works. anyways just wanted to say hi so...Hi bigsmile.gif

LOL!!!

I don't hate you or your agency. You are only following orders. thumb.gif No worries. Good job on catching the peckerhead with the explosive device. Is there going to a federal charge? I hope so...

I flew out to see my wife once in Dec 2002 and I guess the peeps working the line were not familiar with federal law enforcement flying armed. My shiny badge and credentials were scrutinized to no end. I finally made the flight and was the last one to board which really ticked the passengers off as we were already late to begin with. All in all, I guess people have to learn at some point.

Welcome to the forum. I appreciate what you guys do for the country. While I don't like some of what you're forced to do as a part of your job, I understand much of it is necessary.

sex toys we see alot and not just in ladies bags bigsmile.gif . watched a guys that used to be a lawyer, who was smuggling coke, get tazed. that was cool. watched a 14 year old girl have to get a talking to by our FBI guy for saying she had a bomb. and we told her not to say stuff like that, and she said last time i checked i had freedom of speach. and my manager said okay and thats when he called the FBI guy we have at the airport. then there was lady she was going to slit the piloets throat, cause we found a swis army knife in her bag. we asked her what did you say? you know to give her a chance to come to her sences but she didnt and she said i said im going to slit the piloets throat. so we told our supervisor and he told our manager and they told the head of the air line(delta) and told the leos and the FBI. so shes at the supervisors desk and the head guy for the airport shows up and the lady is up there laughing at everyone and then the delta rep says you are band from delta for life and then the head guy for GOAA (the airport, greater orlando aviation authorty) said that she was not alowed on GOAA property ever. and the FBI said that she was being entered into the Database for terroists. then she turn to the cops and says i want to press charges on these people and the cops are like why. and she says that they are scaring her little girl( her daughter and husband had shown up at this point). the cops laugh and walk away. the FBI guy takes her and escort her from the building and from GOAA property. they told her husband that she could never fly delta and that she could never come back to airport property. which means she cant even be on a flight that would land at GOAA, even if she didnt get of the plane. the delta rep said that his wife was black listed and good luck on her ever finding an airline that would let her fly. then the husband and daughter were told that they we free to fly if they still wanted too, and they did bigsmile.gif . i asked our manager what the FBI did with her and he said that they dropped her off at the proprty line to the airport and told her not to come back.
