Thanks for the welcome guys. As the name of this forum implies, Charles Daly has launched a new divison within the company called "Charles Daly Defense".

Ultimately this division will include AR rifles and carbines, tactical shotguns, pistols, defense related cartridges and AR related optics and accessories. It's a large program that will be developed step by step.

Our initial product launch is in the AR/M4 rifle and carbine segment. You can view our 2008 price list for these firearms (with pics) here: http://www.charlesdaly.com/pdf/2008_cdd_ms...121007_rev4.pdf.

Please note that actual "street" prices will be significantly lower than MSRP, probably by about 15% to 18%.

Our new website, charlesdalydefense.com, will be launched in mid-January.

We look forward to hearing from you and being a part of ar15armory.com!

Sincerely,
Michael Kassnar, President

Welcome

The Ar's look good. Any chance that you guys will be selling lowers and other related parts or will it be complete firearms only?

Who is making the parts for ya'll or are they produced inhouse?

Thanks for the greeting.

You can see stripped lowers and two complete lowers on the current price list. We will be adding a limited quantity of complete barreled uppers before the end of January. It is also our intention to begin selling optics and AR/M4 related accessories on our website before the end of February. Both dealers and consumers will be able to purchase everything online.

I'm not at liberty to disclose who is making what for us at this time. The one thing I can tell you is that the lowers are coming from DoubleStar who we think has one of the finest lowers available. More information will be disclosed after the industry SHOT Show the first weekend of February.

I understand completely. DoubleStar lowers are very nice from what I understand, looking forward to hearing about the rest in a couple months.

The Ar's do like nice though, did pretty good homework as best as I can tell.
