Wanted a SOG knife a little smaller than the Trident one I usually carry. I was thinking of the Flash I, but after looking at it, it was too small, so I ended up getting a Flash II w/ SS straight edge blade.

Not that much smaller than the Trident, but feels a bit more comfortable in my front pocket.

Do I need to post a pic? bigsmile.gif

Fine...I'm not that good with getting the right lighting with a camera, but here is my Flash II and Trident.

It's a good little assisted-opener, I've got a black 1/2 serrated in my sap pocket for work and a 1/2 serrated stainless blade on me any other time. Nice little knife and the price is good. I haven't done a whole ton of cutting with either one (more at work than at home), but the edge seems to keep pretty well.

Nice knife! The Trident is huge, I was suprised when the two of mine got here. I still carry it in my jeans, but the clip destroys my slacks at work.

while a durable knife, and I don't mean to dis, just my personal preferance... Its way to light. It feels like a toy in the hand.

I like my knives like I like my guns, nice and weighted thumbsup.gif

Thats the way I thought of mine as well, but I really like it light like that when it sits clipped to my pocket all the time.
