From what was listed, Hebrew National and I like them boiled, steamed bun and fixed Chicago style; yellow mustard, onions, tomato, green relish, pickle, celery salt. Occasionally, I like the chilli dog also.

Though, my overall favorite brand is Veinna hotdogs which unfortuntately are only sold by hot dog vendors in AZ and aren't sold in stores here. So I eat Hebrew National, which to me, are the closest thing to Veinna.

Bratwurst. Boiled in beer, with onions. When they're done, they get set aside, and the onion and beer mixture gets boiled down to almost a paste. Grill the now boiled dogs on the grill, without piercing the skin. Use the paste as a topping, along with grilled onions, jalepenos, relish, whatever.

Nothing better on a bun.

Hm. I'm weird. Jennie-O turkey franks - or if they're not available, Foster Farms turkey franks.

I usually eat 'em boiled, topped with ketchup. Or if I'm really feeling motivated, diced onions, dill pickle chips, and ketchup.

Or make 'em in to chili dogs topped with cheese and onions.

But for a more interesting dog...

DEEP FRY IT. Yep - drop it in a deep fryer that's at a rolling boil for 20-30 seconds. Casing will be mottled but not broken when the dog is done. Top as normal, served on a warm bun.

That's good eats.
